NLG is Reaching Out to Asia

NLG recently completed a 10-day trip to Shanghai and Tokyo to visit clients and its Asian localization partners.
The main purpose of the visit was to establish a strategic partnership with our local partner in Tokyo.
“With this strategic partnership NLG wants to establish a permanent representation on the Japanese market in order to better serve our Japanese clients. We will be able very soon to announce more details” said Michael Oettli, Managing Director with NLG.
Another goal of the visit was to strengthen the existing relationship with our clients in China and in Japan by connecting in a face-to-face setting.
“It’s always easier to communicate and do business with someone you’ve met in person, as opposed to just email,” said Oettli. “We’re very happy we were able to enhance these relationships so we can continue to help them improve their localization projects.”
In addition, NLG was able to enhance its understanding of shared localization processes with its Asian partner companies and discuss opportunities for improvement.
