Market research firm recognizes NLG as a leader in $46.52 billion global translation, localization, and interpreting services industry.
NLG – Next Level Globalization announced today its official ranking as one of the largest language service providers (LSPs) in the global translation and interpreting industry. In June 2018, the Common Sense Advisory – an independent market research firm – published the results of their study, ranking NLG among the top-grossing LSP’s in the US$46.52 billion industry, providing outsourced language services and technology. According to their research, NLG is the 54th Language Service Provider in the world.
To begin their research, CSA surveyed LSP’s from around the world and collected quantitative data based on the LSP’s actual reported revenue for 2016, 2017, and forecasted revenue for 2018. The firm has published “The Language Services Market: 2018” report for 14 consecutive years and it is the only comprehensive global survey of private and publicly-traded language service and technology providers. CSA found that the demand for language services and supporting technologies is still rising, growing to an annual rate of 7.99% in comparison with last year’s rate of 6.97$%.
Michael Oettli, Managing Director of NLG, shared: “We are proud to be named as one of the largest LSP’s in the world for the 5th consecutive year. We might look big on the books, but we still take a boutique client service approach, offering process optimization strategies that are tailor-made for each individual client’s needs. Thanks to our experienced staff, our highly-specialized linguists, and our talented technology implementation team, we’re able to create customized linguistic and technical solutions that cater to the specific pain points our clients are currently dealing with. Our focus is on the client and our goal is to create long-term partnerships. The result of this approach is a boutique LSP that is big enough to get the job done, but still small enough to care.”
